Handling & production time is 5 days once payment is received. Shipping time is an additional 3-5 business days. We only ship to physical addresses within the continental 48 U.S. States. We DO NOT ship to P.O. BOXES, APO/AE, freight forwarders, or International locations.
Shipping is always free under 96" widths. For widths over 96" a $95.00 freight charge is applied. We ship direct to consumer via FedEx and UPS.
If you have a large item exceeding the 96" width limit, your item is sent via LTL Freight. You will need to be present for delivery. If you are a residential customer, the LTL company will call you to schedule an appointment for delivery to your residence. This may add up to 2 days to the delivery window.
You will be notified by e-mail with tracking information once your order has been inspected & loaded by the parcel company.
We offer a 30 day return policy from the delivery date. Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you wish to return an item, please contact us directly to arrange a return. Items must be returned in original manufacturer packaging.
In the unlikely event that you receive defective or damaged merchandise, we will immediately correct it at no additional cost to you, if we are notified of the damage within 2 days.
All returns are subject to up to a 20% restocking fee due to the custom manufacturing of your order.
Expedited, original free ship, and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return requests cannot be accepted if the purchase is past our 30-day policy.
We provide an un-paid shipping label for all returns.
Items returned to us that are damaged, missing parts, or have obvious signs of use, are ineligible for refunds.
If damages are reported within 7 days of delivery for UPS or FedEx, we will file a claim on your behalf and work to quickly resolve it. Please be aware that replacements or refunds can be hindered or denied if customer fails to notify Bravada of defective or damaged merchandise within 2 business days of receipt.
We reserve the right to reject any order, at our sole discretion depending on the condition of the return.
Because our blinds are custom made and require a restocking fee, we will refund you up to 80% of the total purchase price.

All cancellations must be made within 12 hours of placing your order, If the cancellation is requested after the 12-hour period, you must contact us after you receive your product to request a Return Authorization.
